Before purchase:
Please make sure you want and can afford the products! I will not fully refund orders if you change your mind and want to return the products. You will have to pay the initial shipping fees and ship the order back on your own cost, and it may take several weeks before any refunds can be made.
If you are unsure about anything, like product sizes, etc, please contact me before placing your order!

Make sure your address is correct! If your order is lost or returned to em due to an incomplete or wrong address, I can not fully refund you! You will have to pay the shipping fee again for me to ship the product to you once more.
Refund of the product price (not the shipping fee!) can only be made if and when the order is returned to me in good condition!

Processing and Delivery Times:
My processing time is between 1 and 7 working days. Please keep in mind that I am only a small time artist and I can only go to the post office about once a week.
The benefit of collecting your orders and shipping them all at once is also that I can offer you cheaper shipping fees than it would usually cost from my country (usually it's over 10 dollars for a charm to ship overseas, without insurance!).

If you need your order fast or don't want to wait 7 days, please let me know beforehand and I can change your shippings fees to the more expensive ones or offer you express shipping, which will arrive much faster but will be much more expensive as well.

Registered Mail (SIGNED FOR):
Consider paying the extra ~3 dollars to upgrade to Registered Mail over the standard Economy Mail shipping!
You will get a tracking number and your order will be insured so in cases of damage or loss, you will be refunded or get a replacement faster.
Especially when buying several charms or original art, please select Registered Mail to ensure they arrive safely!

KEEP IN MIND THAT Registered Mail means you will have to sign for it, and if you or someone else that can sign aren't home, you will have to pick it up at your local post office!!!

Loss, Damage, Delays:
If you think your order is late, please contact me! Delays may happen and are out of my control when the postal service is late during bad weather or the Christmas season. If you order is late, for a while you will have to be patient. Only after 6 full weeks have passed does the postal service consider mail as lost.
If your order truly doesn't show up anymore or arrives broken in transit, I will send out a replacement free of charge.
There are cases when I will decide to refund you over sending a replacement, but I'll generally decide which one to do.

In the case of an incorrect address, inability to pick the order up or sign for it, or if you don't pay the customs fees and thus your order is returned to me, you will have to pay shipping once more to have the order shipped to you a 2nd time.

You can cancel your order any time before it is shipped! You will be refunded in full right away.
Once the order has shipped, if you want to cancel or return your order, you will have to ship it back to me before I can issue a refund.
That means that you will have to wait until the order arrives at your home, then reject it or ship it back on your own cost, and I will only refund if the order arrives
back with me in good condition. If it's lost or damaged on the way back, I can not refund you in full.

All artworks with the exception of fanart, fully belong to me. Do not use, re-upload or replicate any of my works.

The buyer only purchases the listed products. The right for reproduction of the artwork or design remain with me.
If you show them around online or use them for your projects, please give credit to me and link to me, for example to or to my Tictail shop.

Do not use my products for commercial projects unless it was agreed upon by me and you!
